Mother's Day 2009-Princess Teaparty

On Mother's Day my girls surprised me with a Mother's Day Tea Party. They came out to my house and set the table with a princess theme teaparty set (complete with cups and plates, balloons, princess napkins the whole 9 yards). Then they served a nice luncheon which was chicken salad sandwiches, deviled eggs, ham rolls and fresh fruit and fruit dip. To drink we had Hawaiian punch and for dessert we had cupcakes that had cute little rings in them. They also had hawaiian leis for all of us. It was so nice, we had so much fun. They gave me tickets for Desert Star Theater (we used them to see American Fork Idol) they also gave me a Showtime CD by the Tabernacle Choir and a really cute little statue that says I Love Mom. It was a great Mother's Day--the best part of all is that they said they are going to make the teaparty a tradition and do it every year, I could go for that-it was so awesome--thanks girls!!!

Stockton is turning into a "Little Man"

Stockton is turning into such a little man--he loves to sit in a big boy chair, Aunt Melissa put him in a chair one night and he thought it was the greatest thing ever. He wanted to stay there the rest of the night, everytime she tried to take him out of the chair he cried so she had to put him back in it. He was so cute! He is a funny little boy!!!

Madison and Papa shooting hoops

Papa bought Madison a bouncy ball when he was in California for Spring Break--now the two of them shoot hoops together all of the time. She is really pretty good at it. She loves to play outside doing just about anything and she loves to play with Papa!

Madison Swinging

Madison loves to swing! She loves to swing really high, she gets mad if I don't push her to the sky, so when I have to stop and push Stockton she gets really mad at me--so mad that she put me in time out for stopping long enough to push her little brother. She thinks playgrounds are the neatest place in the the world and would go there every day if we would let her, she loves the slides as well as the swings--face it she just loves to be outside!

Stockton on the Swings

I took the kids next door to swing on the swingset, Stockton had never been on an outside swingset before, he thought it was sooooo much fun--he smiled and cooed so big, he really enjoyed it. He was so much fun to watch. Madison got so mad at me because I had to push both of them, she put me in time out for not pushing her high enough.

Bathtime for Stockton

When Madison was little she always got to eat Otter Pops in the bathtub at Nana's house, so it was finally time for Stockton to have an Otter Pop in the tub--at first he didn't know what to think about it. After a few seconds he decided it was alright and he went to town on it--he loves to take baths at Nana's house!!!

Easter Outfits

So it's been a long time since I updated my blog (like Christmas time) so here is a more recent picture of the grandkids. They are in their Easter outfits doing a fashion show for us. They looked so cute!!! Stockton looked like a little golger in his little hat--he is such a little cutie. They are both growing up way too fast!

Melissa and Stockton Chritmas 2008

Christmas Morning 2008

Madison opening presents

CHRISTMAS 2008

Christmas morning Stockton was dressed in a little Santa suit, he looked so cute!! He was such a good little boy. He didn't really know what to think about his first Christmas but he liked all the lights and the noisy sounds of excitment that his sister was making. He did love one present that made a lot of music and had a mirror on it, he was looking at the lights and listening to the music so cute. He was a good little boy. He is such a sweet little baby. Madison had so much fun, she got so many fun presents. One thing that she got was a Wii, her and her Daddy were playing baseball and having a lot of fun. They weren't able to stay really long because there was a second storm coming and they had already gotten stuck in the driveway on there way in so they had to leave to beat the storm, but all in all it was a very nice Christmas Day!!!

Making a Gingerbread House

On Saturday night the girls and Madison made a Gingerbread house that turned out so cute!!! Here is a picture of the finished house with Natalie and Madison. They had so much fun, it has been so much fun this year to make Christmas memories with Madison. We have been to Winder Dairy, the Utah Christmas house Christmas shopping, and looking at lights just to name a few things. Madison is at such a fun age this year and she is so excited for Christmas, I can hardly wait because she is so excited about it.

Video didn't work

The video didn't work so I will try to upload it later.

Funny Video from Christmas Program

Here is a funny video from the Pre-School Christmas program. This was not a chrismas song but it was way cute. The kids had so much fun doing this number and it was so much fun to watch. We were so proud of little Madison, she did such a good job in her performance.

Pre-School Christmas Program

On December 19th Madison had her Pre-School Christmas preformance. It was so darn cute!! They did a bunch of Christmas songs and then they ended with a funny little number that I am posting here for everyone to see. The kids did such a good job and they had so much fun. The teachers do a really good job with the little ones and they have really taught them a lot already this year. Madison loves going to pre-school and she loves her teachers so much. It was a really snowy day and it took us over an hour to get home after it was over but it was so worth it.

I Love Christmas!!!

Madison helped decorated the stairs for Christmas, she put all the Teddy Bears on the stairs and then she played with them when she was finished. She reminded me of her mommy and her aunt Melissa because they used to do this when they were little. She is such a sweet little girl and so full of love, having her around makes the holidays so much more special!

Christmas Dance Recital

On December 12th Madison had her Christmas Dance Recital at Granger High School. She did such a good job!!! She knew her dance so well, she danced to "Santa Claus is Coming to Town". She knew every dance step and didn't miss a beat, we were so proud of her. She is a really good little dancer and such a little cutie. She had her hair fixed so cute and her make-up done and looked like a little doll. We love you little Madison!!

Stockton's getting bigger

Little Stockton is growing up way too fast!! He is grandma's little man. He is at such a cute age, he is really full of smiles and he is now very alert and aware. I love to tend him and to have him over every chance I get. He has had two sleep overs at Nana and Papa's house and both nights he was such a good little boy. We love you little Stockton!!
